Join Ari, The Good Getter, for her next soul-filling wellness event — “Spring Awakening” — an uplifting and energetic wellness workshop that will be held at Sobre Mesa in Sudbury, MA on Saturday, March 4, 2023 from 10am-2pm. Special guest Meredith Charles—teacher, performer, arts advocate and owner of Drama Out of the Box—will be leading a unique mindfulness improv workshop (reminder: NO acting experience is necessary).
